 Laurabree is an amazing mentor and advocate for young journalists. I met Laurabree after she took a chance on me as a young college student by giving me an internship at CN2 News during the COVID-19 pandemic. During my time there, she would help me review stories I worked on, and afforded me opportunities to learn hands on in the newsroom, an opportunity most interns don't get at larger stations.
